We are very excited to be reopened and welcoming new patients to our practice!
What To Expect
The initial examination appointment in our office is always free of charge! When you arrive at Keene Orthodontic Specialists, you will be greeting by one of our friendly receptionists. We can’t wait to welcome you to our practice! You will be introduced to one of our treatment coordinators who will give you a tour of the office, followed by photographs as well as panoramic and cephalogram radiographs if needed. Dr. Lance Miller will then conduct a thorough clinical orthodontic examination and explain all aspects of treatment.
New Covid-19 Protocols in Place
Your safety is our top priority. We have made some additional changes when you come to our office. When you arrive to our office we ask that you text us at the number provided on the sign in the parking lot. This allows us to minimize the amount of people in our waiting room. We will text you a brief health questionaire. When you come into the office we will be doing a quick temperature check and ask that you wear a face mask while you wait.
For your first time consultation we ask that you try and elminate bringing siblings, and just the patient and guardian(s) come. This is to again minimize how many people are in our waiting room and office at one time.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
The purpose of the initial examination is to answer:
- What sort of problem is present, if any?
- When is the proper time to begin treatment?
- What type of treatment is indicated?
- How long will treatment take?
- How much will the treatment cost?
- Any additional questions you may have!
What is the cost of the treatment?
The cost of treatment depends upon the severity of the patient’s problem. Our treatment coordinator will discuss fees and payment options during the initial exam, if treatment is required. We have different payment plans to suit your budget and accept assignment from most insurance plans. We work hard to make orthodontics affordable for every family.
What’s Next?
If orthodontic treatment is indicated at this time, treatment can often be initiated the same day as the examination in order to save another trip to the office, or at another convenient time for you and your family. We look forward to meeting you! Contact our office today to schedule a complimentary evaluation.
