They always asked me how I was doing, made me smile and laugh when I was there. They let me know what they were going to do before they did it which was comforting to know.I came to them with my concerns about my teeth and what I wanted. The treatment plan I had was to have braces for 24 months and they explained it all thoroughly to me every step of the way. Any questions I had were answered and my concerns were addressed in a professional manner.The payment plan worked perfectly for me. My daughter started her journey with Dr. Miller in May of 2019. She had to do some adjustments... before we could start the actual process. Rosemary was very understanding and explained the whole process to her and I, and the whys for every step. She kept scheduling appointments to make sure that my daughter was doing what she needed to, before the process started. Finally, January of 2020, we got the braces put on. At the height of Covid and the shutdowns, and the restrictions of what we needed to do to complete this process, Dr. Miller's team worked with us every step of the way. They worked with us with scheduling appointments and rescheduling appointments and what we needed to do when she got there. They were amazing with communicating with me on what the next process was. Today, she got her braces removed. Her teeth and smile look absolutely amazing and I am blown away at the work they put in to make this happen. It wasn't always easy for my daughter when she had her wires changed, and adjusting to what foods she could or couldn't eat, but we did it. Not just her and I, but the amazing team of professionals at Miller Orthodontics. I will be forever grateful for what they were able to accomplish for my daughter.
